Match.com is falling on the eHarmony sword by implementing what eHarmony has done for years now, a personality test to help match you with others. The only problem I see with it, is that it takes some 30 minutes to fill this out. They appear to be seeing some success in their members filling out the test, however time will tell if users get frustrated with 30 minute test that they need to fill out at the site. Eharmony takes it seriously and in fact will not even let you into the site without answering the questionaire.
My question is do you think we should implement a personality test on our dating site, or do you prefer the fairly open nature of our site?
